Well it's not exactly a second personality... So um... how do I explain... so Elistmorn, is a god of Death OC i have (the dragon pinning Meiwa down meiwajaeger.deviantart.com/art… ) Well he/she 'possesses' Meiwa what happens is, Meiwa may just be doing her own thing and then Elistmorn decides to 'possess' her.... And Meiwa would started turning into Elistmorn, her colors and designing changed until her body turned into Elistmorn's... it's random but usually happens during a full moon, eclipse, or when Meiwa is fighting. The only way Elistmorn can form outside of Meiwa's body is on a full moon on Meiwa's birthday... or a during an eclipse and this magic ritual thingy.

Gaia and Dark Gaia are kinda different in a physical way (D. Gaia is more like a spirit hinding in hers), just that Dark Gaia can take control of her good side and body murdering everyone with the hope of killing all the life in the world.
The ways that D. Gaia can control Gaia is that her gem brokes or even shatered, making Gaia weak at D. Gaia's powers.
