Soon english words could be watering hole, Lagoon, Flume. But I love it. It reminds me of a place I go to every year with my family.

As part of the canyon it is a watering hole or Lagoon... but a "Klamm" is more of a canyon... Here's a wiki entry for "Klamm" - it has some pictures: [link]

This looks pretty much like a "Klamm"... so flume is the word I's looking for.
