he is older than i am! haha. i had two other cockatiels at my dads but they both had passed away for some reason :C he was my fav one because he whistled a lot and i would sing with him.Β

I had another cockatiel, I have a picture of him in my gallery , but he passed away when he was only 4 months :/ It was because of a disease. But I don't know how to say the name of it in english hehe

haha i just turned 25. so the bird is like 26 or so! how old did you think i was ahah? i think my other birds died because they were at my fathers house in the living room and he always smoked cigarettes there.

My grandma used to have a yellow Cockatiel named Sparky. I was one of the few people who he'd let handle/pet him.Β

I thinkΒ Cockatiels are supposed to be social birds, and the more you interact with them, the friendlier or more accepting they become to other people. But I think like many other animals, they all have their own personalities. Humans can be introverted or extroverted (my personality type is INTJ - Introverted iNtuitive Thinking Judgement), maybe it can be the same for other animals. I can be hard to get to know, but once you have me as a friend I'm loyal to the end, and only have a small/close circle of friends (we're selective about who we trust, it hurts when trust is broken).Β
That's my spin on it.
