The sketchy feeling and the vine's swirls! It looks really GREAT! 
I do love it, the pumpkin-ish and halloween-ish feeling is captured very well

My summer's kind of sucked so I can't wait for Halloween D:
Besides that, though, this design is pretty kickass. Its surprisingly hard to find a nice balence between cutesy pumpkin designs and overtly "scary" looking ones in the traditional sense (just compare the logos for power metal bands Helloween and Halloween and you'll know what I mean). This one's got a good balance; not too many details that make it look ridiculously cheesy, not too simplified or toned-down to make it look tame. Of course the vines are frickin' sweet, too.
