That's a great pose! Did you draw it with a reference? It's very helpful for me though I start to practice poses now

Oh ho! Interesting, Gammaeta... very interesting, indeed! I see what you mean about this being just a draft. The character design doesn't seem as polished as Beta, who seems much more like a real character. With Rho, it still seems like you haven't quite got the full character fleshed out. 

I will say that, in fleshing her out, don't underestimate the importance of body posture and body language. It goes a long way towards making a character seem like themselves. Take, for example, your image of Beta: She's confidently walking towards someone(or something? ), yet in a manner of style that is far from straightforward. One gets the impression that Beta is a very strong woman, but also graceful and perhaps even somewhat mischievous, or shadowy. lol. 

Irregardless, good luck on getting Rho fleshed out. I'll keep an eye out for the direction you head with her.

she does need a more personality driven pose
i hope you like the new iterations of her in the future
