My last yet should have been my first entry for 's challenge. I don't generally post non-fakemon or non-fakemon related art here but I guess I can make an exception for an entry to a fakemon related contest.Anyway the 1st challenge was to draw a Pokemon realistically. I wanted to do a more challenging Pokemon so I went with Arceus.
I also imagine the dark grey areas of its body were bald while the white would be fur. I also imagine those spiky things sticking out its neck/legs would be well... spikes... or horns. I make the back hair like area into a crest that I shorten (because when you make something cartoony you usually exagerate features, I figured you should go backwards when doing something realistically).
Its anatomy is largely based after a deer, not a horse, but with its large/long neck it also looks a bit like a llama.

Ooh, nice work. I'm not much of a fan of Arceus but I like the adaptations you made to it. Great job with the details in the face, especially.

Yeah, I once saw this one deviation of Arceus with a giant hand over it that said "what do you know, God's got His own pokemon!"

That was only one of them. They don't really look like digimon, I don't know WHO told you that. Digimon and Yugioh are more aggressive looking creatures and Pokemon are more cuddly.
