This little boy is my submission for a new lovely group: and is based on this character I don't really use anymore: It can fly!

Hobbies: Cloud gazing, reading, swimming (but only in a plastic bag)

Description of Creator:
Hovers creator was a young, well known french toy maker who sadly was conscripted into the army to fight in the first world war where he died during the Battle of Verdun.

Description of Personality:
Hover is a little air head, a bit dreamy, sometimes a bit slow, but he truly has a heart made of gold (this is not even an allusion, he has deep in his with straw filled body a golden music box).
He loves to read and to watch through illustrated books of every kind and his biggest wish is to fly one day.

Story:
Hover was made in 1914 for the child of a pilot, requested by the grandfather who was a former archaeologist and often in India. Originally supposed to become a Tapir plushie the toy maker ran out of fabric and couldn't finish two hint legs instead of making just one. He clearly wasn't paid and Hover never came to the child he was supposed to.
After his creator went to war and never came back the toys were still in the little shop. After the war, the property went to a new owner and the toys were thrown out.
A young girl found him and took him home. 20 years later in the second world war, the mother of the now young woman sewed the last precious belongings they had into the plushie and these are still there.

He was brought to theToyBoxDayCare by the last actual Member of this family in the hope a new child would love this little blue Tapir like his first young owner did.

- He's filled with straw, hemp and lavender
- he smells a little bit dusty
- He claims the carton he arrived in the Toy Vox Daycare as his fortress and loves to fill it with cushions and to draw on the walls.
