The depth of field both adds to and takes away from the photograph. I can't help but wonder what it would look like with a great DOF, but at the same time, I find that the blurring of both background and foreground works to the overall advantage of the photograph. An interesting connundrum- I would recommend cropping so that the leaf and the area in acceptable focus are at the front- at least as an experiment. It may look worse, but it could also bring more attention to the front of the photo- and the area in focus, which I feel gets downplayed and overshadowed by the rest of the photograph.

Hast du nachträglich nochn weichzeichner draufgelegt? weil an der Mauer so ein schneller übergang von scharf zu unscharf ist? Auch farblich sehe ich da den unterschied zu krass.. Aber egal.. finds Bild trotzdem gut

nope, is kein weichzeichner, den effekt bekommste eben bei nem objektiv mit blende 1.8 oder so.. da hat man nur ne ganz dünne "schärfe-schicht" farblich etc. hab ich nix geändert nachträglich...
