Your color work is very even and your lines are for the most part even and well placed. The anatomy, however could use some work. Your attention to smaller bodily details such as the knuckles and torso show you observe the human body and are on the right track. The girl's forehead, though, is a bit too large and to fix it all you need to do make the head not narrow as quickly in future drawings. Also, as a general rule, hands should be roughly the size of the face (put your own hand over your face, it spans over most of it). There is a fairly popular set of "practice hands" in a gallery of another I've critiqued. Those might help you get more practice. The legs could be a bit more shapely, but it all comes with practice and more observation. You're well on your way.

I've always had a problem with hands, they're such a pain. I'll practice and hopefully I'll be able to draw them ... eventually =]
