The left shoulder pad reminds me of the Fluted set from Demon's Souls. One was bigger than the other.

Coincidence?

I'm not really sure, I think both armor sets have some similarities.  Probably has to do with blocking with the off arm so it needs more protection while the arm with the sword needs to be free swinging.

I see this piece and think - wow From, why not make something with similar depth and meaning for the collectors edition.

They had to go with the "undecided" knight statue.

Love your work man, it is really grim and moody.

thanks man! i'm disappointed in their decision as well.  i think it was a money factor more then anything (just had a japanese company produce them).  but don't worry, i'll have some really amazing DS2 stuff once the game comes out!

Another great one ! I just saw it, and reminded me I've bought something quite similar in Wien, although they're not painted and surely made at industrial scale, given their quite ridiculous price (less than 10 euros/piece). No complaint about your prices, though !
Here's the link to each of them (I own three figurines, the pikeman is missing):

Thanks! I use super sculpey firm and magic sculp to create the original, then make a mold and cast with smooth-on products. Painted in acrylics.

Just when I thought you had enough of my money ... you sculpt this.
I think this is the best (available for sale) piece yet, Peter. Nicely done.

Can they be sold in kit form rather than pre-assembled and painted? You could do worse than advertise on military modelling sites. Loverly piece, btw.

Thank you! If people wish to buy the unassembled pieces then I think I can work that out. However, I am not a mold making expert, so the pieces don't come out fitting perfectly together; I always have to add a little bit of clay to fill in the gaps.
