Description
May the 13 year old mongrel. She seems to be getting better but needs help standing up at times. It was a far cry when she was on medication and could hardly walk (she has arthritis). Now she likes to lie around in the sun and will even get up to greet the people she knows. One more portrait for the old girl with the fighting spirit. I hope that she will be able to live out the rest of her life in peace and dignity.Taken at Mutts and Mittens animal shelter/ boarding kennels. You can view more pics --> [link]

Thanks. She is not up for adoption though as she is under the care of the staff. He shares the backyard /staff rest area with the owners and workers.

Oooh, how I wish that I could one day work in an animal shelter, even part-time :/ It would be so wonderful to help animals and get them to new, loving homes!
Though I might end up taking at least half of them myself
