story:
Kanda's parents came from an experimental laboratory of the humans. They seemed to be plain normal animals. Kanda's mother was a pretty wolf with big blue eyes, while his father was an imposing powerful lion. They both met in the lab, fell in love with each other and managed to escape. Shortly afterwards she got pregnant, and a few months later she gave birth to Kanda and his two siblings...
But the siblings were already dead by then. And Kanda was born with that jaws on his chest. Also he barely had any similarities with his parents, who were very bright colored, almost white. They blamed Kanda or the death of his siblings and abandoned him, saying ''Such a monster just as you are can impossibly be our son!''
It was a miracle that Kanda survived. He didn't need milk just as anyone would expect. He mostly fed on plants in the first time. When he was old enough to travel longer routes he went in a town to get to know the world a bit more. Until that time he didn't really meet anyone, and he already had this monotone face expression that didn't change no matter what happened.
When he saved someone in an alley for the first time he got insulted, called a monster and chased away. This repeated itself countless times. And even though he never showed it: it hurt him really bad. So he completely abandoned reality and didn't even try to make friends anymore. He lived in a little part of a forest near a town, all alone, and tried to avoid meeting anyone. But even now he can't let someone down who needs help, knowing that they'll only hurt him in the end.
