After some thinking I decided to revise on what I wrote here earlier, but a little less gruesome this time.

After feeding Alana's lifeless body to Hannibal, something inside Will snapped. He found a nearby axe and went over to where Hannibal stood.

"Will, what are you doing?" Hannibal questioned.

"I should never have found you!" Will spat. "You took everything away from me! My friends, and now Alana!"

"But I'm doing this for my children." At the word "children," Hannibal gestured to one of many sprouts growing on his body. "Once they're born, we will devour every human on this planet and claim it as our own." With a smirk, he added, "And I have you to thank, Will."

Furious, Will let out a battle cry and began to swing his axe at Hannibal, but the plant-man was one step ahead. Hannibal wrapped his vines around Will's ankles and wrists, causing the latter to drop the axe.

Hannibal drew Will close to his face and said, "It's a shame you'll miss the birth of my babies. Goodbye!" His lower jaw unhinged, and he prepared to shove Will down his gullet.

"Wait!" Will cried, halting Hannibal for a moment.

"Don't try my patience, Will," Hannibal warned.

"Let me finish! I..." Will gave a reluctant sigh. "I'll help you. I'll make sure everybody has each and every one of your babies. Just let me go."

Hannibal thought it over for a moment, and he unwrapped his vines around Will. At that moment, he felt a twinge on his neck, and a tiny plant-baby emerged from the sprout. Using one of his vines, he picked him up and placed it in his hand. The baby smiled at his father, and Hannibal smiled back, both in fatherly love and twisted victory.

"A wise choice, Will," Hannibal told his new co-conspirator.

Will gave a weak smile, but all that went through his mind was, I'm sorry, Alana. Forgive me.

Soon, more and more of Hannibal's offspring began to be born, ready to feast upon the world.

Hannibal kinda looks like a plant vampire here. XD

Taking a cue from and writing a long summary in this comment. It's for a possible fanmake on this AU (with a few liberties and basing some of it on the musical).

As he went down the plant-man's gullet, Will softly lamented, "I'm so sorry, Alana. Forgive me."

After he had finished his meal, Hannibal felt a twinge on his neck, and a tiny plant-baby emerged from the sprout. Using one of his vines, he picked him up and placed it in his hand. The baby smiled at his father, and Hannibal smiled back, both in fatherly love and twisted victory.

Oh that's very clever to compare Little Shop Of Horrors characters with Hannibal ones: A nice and kind guy with glasses, a voracious monster... mmm... and who would be the dentist in your AU?
I'm a big fan of Little shop too (of the 1986 version with Rick Moranis and Steve Martin actually).
"Feed me Seymour! Feed me now!"
