This is my first fan art from the game: Resident evil 5.I added some of my own creature design into this picture..They are some kind of mix between hyenas, bats and other animals.
I wanted to capture the mood with the right colours so it would feel like it maybe could come from Resident evil 5.
I think RE5 will deliver some really scary creatures based on the ones that exist in Africa.
I hope you Resident evil fans will like it

I must say I really like the design of the creatures that you made. It's like they took a mamal and crossed it with a naturally armored predator like a armadillo or a crocodile how you can see the scales underneath the remnants of the fur.

Nice concept. I have always been interested in taking one aspect of an animal and combining it with another. If these creatures had a name, I believe it would be the bunyip, the carnivorous creature from aboriginal mythology that dwelt in swamps and water holes.
Are these creatures mutated by the Plagas parasite or were they artificially created?
I really wish this will appear in a Resident Evil game in the future or I will be severely disappointed.

Haha, when I first played it, these dogs attacked me...I was like, "...We're in Africa and the best animal enemy was DOGS?! @_@"
But I'm glad there were other types of enemies as well. I like the creature design in yours too. ^^

Well, it looks to be pretty fun... although the worst "normal" animal enemy is just dogs... oh wait, there's crocodiles, too. I was wondering why they didn't utilize some of the multitude of dangerous creatures Africa has... lions, hyenas, hippos, elephants, cheetahs, leopards, chimpanzees....... the list goes on.
But I LOVE the creepy creature design here. Good job!

but i gotta say i'm totally disappointed with Res 5, what dropped idiot thought it'd be a good idea to make it impossible to move and shoot at the same time? and that stupid sidekick you have, she uses up all the ammo and then steals the ammo i need, arrrgh!

This is awesome! Because I've never played the games, I interpret the character and creatures in a more literary science fictional context--they make me think of Harry Harrison's "Deathworld" series.

I saw some really cool bosses from RE5..Both are very large

ones a leech man, there's a giant tentacled thing i believe and albert wesker if i'm not mistaken.

and a large flying bat/bee..there is also some kind of a large aligator.

But i hated the leach man in Resident evil 0 because they were almost impossible to kill if you didnt have the right weapons.
