Background story :
Rozu and her parents got into accident back when she was younger leading to both of her parents death and to her current state where she has too cover most of her skin and her face. She is now living with her adoptive dad who runs a pretty popular ramen restaurant in the district. Rozu never really thought about being a hero but as years passed she was reminded of how scary the incident was and that she never wanted any other to experience the same thing she did, so thus she planned to get into UA with the help of training, hardwork, determination and the quirk she was gifted.

Class : 1-A

Quirk : Deflect
Type : Emmiter
The user is able to redirect incoming motions to a different direction whilst keeping the energy and force applied to the same, though the user is also able too apply their own energy onto the motion to further increase impact and speed. Deflect only applies to projectiles, gas and liquid but not fixed objects like buildings, trees, etc.(Supposedly similiar to a fan) there are also certain conditions where the user is unable to use deflect.

Drawbacks :
- the hardest thing for the user to deflect are things that disperses far too fast than the own user's speed like explosions and bombs. Though it possible but it's a risk as if the user were too deflect too late they'll get caught in the explosion leading too fatal injuries and more.
- Depending on the amount of force or energy that was applied to a motion the user has too use and balance out the same amount of force needed, if the user were not to use enough force to deflect can lead to internal pressure, too much of iternal pressure can lead too exploding of iternal organs or blood exploding from the user's ears, mouth, etc.
