It's interesting to see how a "flaw" of oekakis (the pixelated lines) can be turn into a "feature". She certainly looks like some kind of sprayed art.. the kind you see painted on walls and murals? Yes, her lineart has that kind of quality, and that automatically changes the lineart from 'crappy' to 'artistic' 
It would be great if you could adjust your coloring style to adapt to this lineart... but your good colors would probably be interesting to see here as well. Altough I think ya were a bit hasty (if not lazy) on this image.. for the coloring and shading is not quite uptopar to the other oekakis I saw before

You're absolutley right about that "I think ya were a bit hasty (if not lazy) on this image", but I can assure you that I spent a lot of time in this pic... Maybe it's because: 1)I re-drew it at least three times; 2) still I wasn't satisfied with it; 3) this frustrated me, that it seems a bit crappy... I was tired and I wanted to finish it, that's it...

Oh gosh... THREE times... AT LEAST!? That's pure torment x.X I wouldn't have the patience to sit through doing the same work three times.. no sir... you really really really HAD to finish this one, didn't you? After so much reworking and frustration.. I don't know, maybe it would had been wise to decide "this is not an image that's gonna come out alright on the end so I should just spare myself the torment and scrap it"? Or was there some reason that forced you forward to keep trying and doing this..and finishing it despite it all?
