to me they weren't that hard,it's just that first one that gave me hell

they first one wasn't hard to me, even if i noticed many people being bored of dying at him^^ the green hills boss was hard for me, coz he was moving fast his patterns always change their order, and you only had a short time to hit him between 2 of his attacks ^^

Ah the fun times I had raging every time I lost to these bosses, especially Doodlebug Mecha! x3
Is it funny that I find the Game Gear version harder than the Master System one?

i guess GG version was harder cause the size of the screen gave less time to the player to anticipate things ^^

Yeah, plus in the GG the Doodlebug's cannonballs shot by Robotnik were unpredicatable in terms of the height of bounce, and because of the small screen I was never prepared to dodge any of them!

oups, message parti trop vite^^ j ai fais pareil a un moment, j dessinais puis je scannais, et avec ArtRage 2.0 je reppasais les lignes etc, puis je coloriais, ou sinon juste avec MS PAINT pour le remplissage ^^ et toi tu utilises quoi comme programme pour repasser au digital?

J'ai vu que tu travaillais beaucoup de manière traditionnel c'est cool ^^

en effet ^^ j ai toujours fait ca depuis un paquet d annΓ©es maintenant ^^ j aiamerais essayer le digital, avec photoshop gimp et compagnie, mais bon, j suis un peu allergique a tout ca ^^ j ai pourtant une tablette graphique, mais je m en suis peu servi, et la plupart du temps uniquement pour colorier ^^
mais j adore par dessus tout prendre un crayon, un carnet, commencer a crayonner, et voir ou ca m emmene ^^

Je suis un peu pareil, j'ai eu une grosse période traditionnel et je passais des heures avec un cahier de croqui. Maintenant je fais uniquement mes brouillon sur papier et je repasse au digital ^^ faut juste de l'entrainement et un temps d'adaptation. Mais chacun sa façon de faire, et tu t'en sors très bien!

me too ^^ then i finally understood you had to jump on his head at the moment he was almost completely on the left and his shot completely on the right so the projection won't throw you on the shot ^^
i ve seen a strange pic on the body of this goose mecha on sonic retro website, should see it, it s funny ^^
the worst boss for me is mecha pig, the way to go to him is already very hard, and so is the fight ^^
but i understood one thing: it was easier when i played it when i was young on SMS cause i played this game on my TV ^^ now i m replaying it in the mini games from SADX, which has the GG version, where you can't almost see the enemy coming sometimes, cause of the size of the GG screen ^^

mdr ^^ presque ^^ en fait j y ai pensΓ© depuis que j ai refait sonic 2 GG ( via SADX mini games ^^), j avais commencΓ© ce dessin, mais pas fini, il manquait l encrage de mecha pig et mecha silver, puis j ai vu aujourd hui son magnifique fanart du vs boss doodlebug mecha, ca m a remotivΓ©, j ai encrΓ© les 2 derniers, et tout coloriΓ© ce matin ^^
