I think the sink exploded, Germany's instincts caused him to shield Italy with his body, and somehow they ended up in that position on the floor. Yeah, I really don't know, but I did have fun drawing this. I guess since the last pic was ItaGer, this is the first GerIta thing I've uploaded....It's probably all Prussia's fault.
Oh god, my friend and I were talking about this, and have decided that this drawing is a picture from Japan's camera. He's probably doing his ninja thing and hiding in the ceiling. Watching.

I love how you've drawn Italy here, this is exactly how I pictured a more realistic variant of him. Really well done! -Also ItaGer is the TOP of that show for me. ^_^

It doesn't really look accidental. Germany had Italy's arms pinned down while he's on top of him and Italy has his knee right in Germany's groin. Pfttttttttt! That's TOTALLY accidental!!!~ Sure.-_-
