that's an absolutely gorgeous dragon! Great job!!
though I do want to mention one thing. I think that with how much light you have at the bottom of the image, there could be more highlights on the dragon itself, which might help it stand out more. At the moment the lava(?) is the most eye-catching part of the piece, which should be the dragon!
anyways, if that's not what you were going for, disregard the comment, it's still really nifty! :3

Well, it seems I'm late on the commenting part.
But that right there is the fucking sexiest dragon I've ever seen.
Nice smooth body movement, beautiful texture, and as for the lighting on the belly, I fail at that. ;___; So you're good to go in my opinion. XD

As for the lighting on teh belleh. I just made a new layer and made the dragon darker, then I erased the darker shade were the light was hitting.

Infact I think could do even better.
Just go in a room with no light, make sure you have a mirror, get a flash light. Shine it on your flace. And last pay attention to details.
