Does anyone else think that anatomically correct armor is a stupid idea!?  I mean seriously, do we really need protective metal plating to be shaped in such ways as to tell us what gender it's wearer is!?  Come on!  Though complaints aside she looks lovely.

With a bustline of that size, I'd say yes.  Probably would cause a lot of backaches.  If it was somebody more modest in proportion, it probably wouldn't be needd.

"If it was someone more modest in proportion?"  Not even then would it need to look this way,
armor should be made with focus on protection first and foremost if nothing else!  I believe she'd be better off
wearing a similar breastplate to Tionishia's armored suit!

and how would that work out in this day and age when firepower is so refined that she can be esally dropped by a round well over 2,000 yards away etc and other close quarter weapons that have enough stopping power to drop one of them?
