(Read Right to Left)This is definitely my favorite page thus far in the story, and the most aggravating to work on. LOL! Anyone who has read the manga "Bio-Booster Armor: Guyver" can see that I borrow a lot of reference for this page from Guyot's Zoalord transformation. But yeah, Hades' Devil Eye and Devil Heart are going to do a lot more than just make his hair stand up in this battle. Stay tuned for the next page to see Hade's new face lift.
Also, to stay true to Mashima's tone, Lucy returns to her role and the series flagship fan service fodder. Apologies to my female readers but don't worry though; I'm an equal opportunity artist so the male characters will get there fair share of fan service moments as well

well in the series the team fought hades first then laxus came to rescue then natsu fought him and then the team again fought him

This fight isn't progressing the exact same way as it did in the manga. It is as you said, the team fought Hades first before Laxus showed up and Hades held back his power until he was hit by Natsu's "Fire-Lightning Dragon Roar". What you are forgetting is what Hades said on the previous page of this story; so long as the Tenrou Tree is standing, members of Fairy Tail can't be killed on the Island and their power is amplified three times over. There is no point in Hades holding back any of his power when facing an enemy like this; especially since his priority is capturing Zeref, so he's going all out from the gate.
Doing this is going to change the flow of this fight somewhat but rest assured, Laxus will get his chance. His role in this fight is going to change quite a bit as well, but you'll have to wait and see.

I didn't even notice Lucy's fanservice until I read your description xD must be because I'm tired of seeing it in the manga >.> But you did a good job, this makes the style of your story even more similar to the main story's
