Background; Itsa Beach, or Bettan, was scouted by Dunai’s father Alexander. She was born at a hobby breeder in south of Sweden and sold to a junior eventing rider as a youngster. Together with this rider she developed in eventing and had a good career with placings in junior and young rider classes. The rider though decided to put riding on the shelf and this is when Bettan was bought by Triss after he got the tip from Alexander who is a friend of the breeder.

Appearance; Athletic and modern type warmblood. Slim and muscular body with deep chest and long legs. Straight profile and broad forehead with a slender muzzle. Alert expression with intelligent eyes.

Movements and jumping technique; Good and pleasant flow to all gaits. Have easy for both collection and lengthening of the gaits. She has a very good jumping ability with great scope and with quick front legs and high, careful knees. Her technique could be a bit questionable with lazy hindlegs, though this is not really a problem in her discipline.

Personality; This is an intelligent and brave mare with a lot of curiosity. She always keeps an eye out for what’s going on and is very attentive. Her high blood has given her a lot of energy and temperament but this can easily be channeled into the daily work instead. Just keep her busy to take off that extra energy.

Working she is an easy horse to train and a fast learner. She has a great sense for jumping and it comes very easy for her, even if her technique wouldn’t take her to any high level show jumping. But her quick front legs and great scope makes her a great eventer.
She has a very high rank in the herd and bosses other horses around and doesn't like others to come too near her. Therefore she needs the red ribbon in her tail at competitions as she is prone to kicking.
