Illustration of my character, Princess Kun I've been working on for a while. I wanted to do a really elaborate image with a lot of depth.
I inked her and the trees with a brushpen, and the castle with multiliners. I colored it with watercolor and then touched it up in photoshop.
I still have a lot to learn with painting, but I am very proud of this piece.

The story here is that Kun is leaving her home at daybreak to track down a culprit that has committed an offense to the kingdom... without her guards and advisors knowing. She now has to travel through a bamboo forest to find them.
