Incredibly detailed, and reminiscent of illustrations past in the tonal qualities of light and dark. You have conjured the unimaginable horror suggested by Poe's purposely sparse description of the deeds done--for he wanted each reader to envision the inevitable dread, rendering it fully within his own mind's eye. Brilliant piece.
