Description Another trip to the nearby lake just after a snowstorm hit us. I wonder what animal has been walking over there. Didn't think the ice would carry anything.

Lovely depth to the pic, really leads the eye in. Nicely coloured monochrome! ( forgive the oxymoron ) Are they otter prints?

I don't think there are otters in that lake. I believe they must be either fox, cat or raccoon dog prints.

The lovely whiteness is now gone. Thanks to southern Europeans sending us heated air!

Our otters hang out in the sea in the winter - warmer!!
Really like the prints, they add to the depth and scale.
We've still got snow, but its gone very cold (-14'c Saturday night!) Looks a better ski season ahead, hope so for our kids!!
Waiting for the weather systems to shift back to the south west and wreck it all - hoping it doesn't!!

We haven't had anywhere near that cold yet. If there won't be a good winter I'm hoping to catch some auroras. It would be about time for them to appear again!

We've had quite a long cold spell, but no sign of a flicker in the night sky, got my fingers crossed! Supposed to be the brightest full moon for 15 years tonight (12 Dec) but forecast is for cloud!!
Waiting for the Aurora!

Same here! All we have for weeks is an intimate view of clouds bottoms!! Yrrcchhh!!
The weather is really confused and erratic - we had -14'c to +15'c, in a week! I miss a clear sky.

Jep, hirmu kiirettä on pitäny. En ois uskonu että pari kielikurssia ja yks matikka vie niin mahdottomasti aikaa. Tentteihin täytyy vielä lueskella pari viikkoa ja sitten pääsee huilaamaan.

Heh.. mulla on menny matikka sellaseks, että harkkaryhmässä vaan kopsaan vastaukset ja ennen tenttejä sitten luen hulluna että läi pääsee.

Jep. Tosin mulla menee iso osa joululomasta tiran harkkatyöhön, niin ei kovin paljon pääse huilaamaan.

Kuulostaa kammottavalta.

Luulen et mullakin menee koko loma sen kanssa. Oon jo kyllä alotellu hissukseen, kunhan sais noi aputietorakenteet tehtyä ennen. Juu tietokantaohjelmointi tais olla seuraavaksi.
