remake of my kelp fakemonΒ frozenfeather.deviantart.com/aβ¦these pokemon float on the top of the ocean and absorb sunlight through the seaweed on top of their bodies. the final evolution has little balls on their bodies full of a special oil that helps them to float and to grow bigger.
they are water/grass type
the first evolves into the second at level 18
the second evolves into the third at level 27
