Harlie decided to get out of the boat and swim around to find the Palamino tears! The first one that he successfully scooped up, he gave to Bird.

His paws are now webbed too. They are the light tan color/pawpad color, and do not need to be drawn when his paws aren't spread out (lmao I'm probably gonna like,, immediately forget to draw them on him). They are also only on his front feet
