-neither sans or papyrus are "weak" per say, their probably stronger then the average sans and papyrus, its just that their complete idiots and will freak out at first sight of the enemy
-sans does more then 1 dmg.
-sans is probably the first to actually do something smart when it comes to killer au sanses/papyruses, which is just to telekinesis slam spam them for an hour or two.
-sans head is a circle, he does not have the skull side things its literally just a full circle, still made out of bone tho.
-sans fire thing appears when he uses his powers, it becomes more powerful with RAGE. its based on doctor adonuts from tobys halloween hack, so sans can also use PK starstorm, pk rockin, and pk fire. he is not ness though.
