It was all done on earthbound cachet paper with blue and red mechanical leads... the highlights were done with white-out but I've found that Elmer's paint pens work much better

Nice job, I love the design! It's cool because she's got a different personality compared to other vampire pics I've seen. She looks like she'd be sly, cocky, sarcastic...And the style you drew it, with very sharp corners and sleek lines, gives the design and picture as a whole a boost in character.
Also, the hair? It's awesome. Freaking awesome.

I used red and blue mechanical pencil, then black micron, and added highlights with Prisma color pencil/ white-out.

where did you get your sketchbook, I have been looking for one that comes toned like the one you have. I have tried several shops and knowone seems to carry them. But I love the line work and the color choices you made.
