It's almost perfect, except that the light seem to befrom the top right in the background and from top left on the model. Apart from that the two have been combined without loss, confusion or any gross 'reality breakdown'. The way I see it, matching the lighting in back ground and inserted source material is the hardest thing about Photomanipulation.
