You could make one saddle for my horses... He he. So great. I can't. These are so detailed, so realistic - I saw the tiny pic and needed to see better that it's just a model saddle! Do you use glue and/or needlework when making tack?

Heh, I know that in Finland some horsemodel freaks makes tack but I don't know them so well... Here are the horses only something super for modellers (I like also tackmaking, and finnish miniature tack is interesting to see because it's rare). Or then the model horse hobby, itself, is so rare here (small country).
I'm not sure yet, that was partly a joke (but hey, it could be still very interesting to buy a handmade saddle!). I think, if that happens someday, can I pay with for example a model body or something (bridles?)? At first I should get more traditional models, I think, I have only one Breyer trad... (with some boring toys). This hobby is super difficult here.
But anyways, I posted much new photos to my blog (sorry for the language but you see the pics, ans understand scales): osterirotta.blogspot.fi/2014/0… . In fact, some of those are tests, best I do halters and ropes. And you see that my tack isn't very good as generally can see. Most possible is leather halter with jump rings or rings made from metal wire, and ropes. Halter/riimu, rope/riimunaru. Bridles/suitset, harness/valjaat. Yeah stupid language. xD And oh, of course I have submitted those to my gallery here.
But the saddle sounds really very good idea!
