Im happy im happy!! I tackled what I always feared a dapple grey and on a trad scale! I think he has turned out great from my last attempt, cause if it failed I was never going to try it again for a long time. I'll try and get better photos of him later when there is more light and set up the photo tent, but in the mean time enjoy the crap shot of him!This is Bacchus sculpted by Emilia Kurila and painted by me with pastels only!
Photo was taken outside in my backyard, the horse is standing on a swirl stain glass that is laying on a snowy log

Beautiful! And what a great technique! I may gave to go back and redo my first dapple grey repaint model - I tried a pencil/pastel mixed technique, but not supper happy with the results. The pencil did odd things...
