Well to say the least I am a bit in awe of this pic.
To be sure everyone understands, I know nothing at all about Wacom Tablets so feel free to shoot me down. I DID once have a go and can't believe that a drawing such as this can be made in this way.
First the shading is near perfect, the background fridouw has used is a perfect colour for the young girl!
I have a slight problem with her eyes, I don't think there is enough shading there, especially in the corners of the eyes.
Such a little point.
I think I am really writing this critique because I Love the picture SO much and it seems SO simple.

I use the WACOM tablet a lot ever since I was brought one for Xmas. It's quick fun and lets you experiment. But it's still not a substitute for getting a brush dirty.
