Here's a good question. Is there any certain traditions held by the Asukai clan? For example, any proposal/love traditions or celebrations, etc?

I like this clan a lot. Only thing that bothers me is the blue elemental infuse. It seems like it wouldn't be useful at all. From the way you worded it, it seems more like a minor insignificant distraction in battle. Is it supposed to be a crippling effect? Are each elemental infuse temporary and interchangeable or are they permanent per character, so a character stuck with blue can't change to yellow or something like that?

None of these are insignificant, i'd recommend you look up some older exams in which the Asukai participated in, you'll best see the type of difference the bonuses add to battle. It's similar to the yellow one, but due to the yellow one being an impulse type of thing (due to it being lighting infuse) it would hurt less, the blue infuse would subjectively cause more pain, but on a scale, each of these bonuses are equal. (ex: each of these would give you, let's say, a +5 in whatever category they're being put in)
And no, like it says in the description, these bonuses are affected by your chakra nature, which i'm pretty sure is not changeable. xD
However, if you had checked the Asukai skill tree, you'd know that they can get a second bonus if they decide to take it on as their specialty. Please read up more in the future :3 I made sure i explained all of this so people would get as less confused as possible xD

I read up on it, I just thought I'd has so that my interpretation was what you expected to be, it's embarrassing when I get things like this wrong, so I just feel better about asking and making sure. n_n;;

Can i get a simple rundown of how the Chakra Infusing works? and does michio need to pass some kind of clan test or family ritual before he can use it? Elemental Infuse is unlocked by selecting your special ability. Special abilities are still not available so far, but basically it's that thing that you choose when you fill out the pre-membership app.
You'll be given a stat tree with a load of abilities, and you'll be able to unlock most of them.Β
Most clan specialties are only available at a certain level, you have to unlock a few other abilities before the actual specialty.
I'm not sure how much info i'm allowed to give out on the Stat trees (since they're still a WIP for now), but if you wanna get more in depth we can talk via notes or skype. :3

I was more interested in like how powerful it is, does each element have a seperate effect? Ex: Wind cuts through things easier, Fire causes instant Cauterization, Ice would give Frost Bite, Earth would give (no idea), Etc etc etc.

Do the nature infuses work like nature transformation in that, A water natured Asukai's blade would overpower a fire natured Asukai's blade? (unless he was stronger), or no?

No, it only depends on the technique and fighting ability of the swordsman.
Because the actual swords are only infused with the element, but each of them have special bonuses that are balanced out when compared to one and other :3
