I wish I could get as close to the birds as you always do, excellent work my dear And that with the old mill and the bridge sounds truely amazing

Thank you! Try putting some feeders close to a window

I live on the second floor and sadly, there are no trees nearby So I'll just go on enjoying your work

I guess I'll have to take more photos then!

You have a bridge outside your bedroom?...where do you live ..
FreyaPhotos In reply to quaddie [2013-01-20 17:25:39 +0000 UTC]
Yes, it's where almost all of my bird photos are taken! Our house is built on a slope (it's a converted watermill) so my bedroom is on the third floor, but also on the same level as the top of the slope. There's a door in my room that leads outside, but there is a drop of about 2 meters, so there a bridge which leads to the top of the slope. It's kind of hard to explain! Maybe I should uploade a photo of it sometime... I live in Scotland

That sounds like an amazing place to live ,you have your own bridge!,that is rather exciting,a photo would be great, you just need a portcullis and you are set for a siege .

I often think of how privileged I am to live here, though there are a lot of stairs!! Haha! Yes
