Mmh...actually there is no direct description of his appearance and colour, as far as I know. He belongs to the Fire Dragons and 'Glaurung' means something like 'golden shadow'. I kinda imagined similar to Smaug in case of the colours, because they're both are Fire Dragons (although Smaug is a winged one), but it's still to everyones imagination, I think!

I think I just forgot something from the Silmarillion, particularly Glaurung's fight on the river (if I remembered wright) And his death. I red it about a year ago And it's difficult to remember everything cause it's unfamiliarly to see elven names everywhere

Beautiful coloring and shading. I don't know what you mean by the paper being awful, but the paper texture actually adds to it's personality and making it look very nice!

Glad you like it! Well, the paper was awful because it was quite soft, so with a hard pencil a lot of lint formed and it was difficult to draw. That's what I meant!
