It would have been better inception of if there was prey in her stomach doing the same thing instead of left to the imagination but yeah very cool!

Truly a unique specimine. The history of the recent coloquilism "very vore" is interesting as the term actually comes from the draconic word Verekavore translating directly as devour within eating.
As devouring and digesting other creatures consists of much of a dragons lifespan, the dragon's had many names for the act of eating. They had a different name for eating sentient and non sentient beings, a word for eating every individual species, as well as 3 seperate draconic words for the rare occasion they were being eaten.
First doccumented in the swamp of the lost west lands, where the swamp dragons and aquatic nagas roam freely, dragons would often sustain themselves off of the nagas, who, if the opportunity presented, would eat a final meal of the other person or creature in the stomach. This became popular of many races in their final minutes even stretching to humans in some cases! Such a scenario is however unlikely at best, so to witness this case of "very vore" is truly a wonder.

Thank you for sharing your research with us Dr. Thicket! I would most definitely add this information to my records. Dragons are not an easy research subject, due to their extreme danger level.
