Backstory: When Gianna and Francesco were young, their mother mysteriously disappeared, and they are left with an alcoholic father who tries to take care of them, with not a lot of successful result. Ever since then, they always stick together and watch out for each other, and even taking care of their father when he passed out on drinks.
   Being around with so much alcohol got them really curious on their taste, and seeing they father acting funny and stupid makes them wonder how do they taste like. So one day, after Francesco proposed the idea, they waited till their father passed out, and sneak out two bottles from the fridge-a bottle of Gin for her.
She gagged a little when she took the first sip of the drink. Not accustomed to the burning sensation, but not wanting to back down, she added some Sprite in it. Gradually, she got more used to the strong drink, and actually slowly enjoy the warm sensation it gives and the fizzy taste of the soda and Gin mixture. After a few more sips she started to find things spinning for no reason, she started slurring and every time Francesco talks she started giggling loudly and uncontrollably. So loud, in fact, that their dad partially awoke from his slumber, forcing them to run drunkenly back into their room.
  The next morning, two nearly empty bottles, two empty cracked glass bottles and a spilled can of soda were presented in front of two guilty looking children who smell like they have been through a beer bottle.
If their father is angry over the fact that his underage children started drinking, he didn't show it. Instead, he told Gianna to leave the room. Fearing for her brother's safety but do not wish to defy her father, she hesitantly leave the room, climb into their room closet and, imagining a tortured and abused Francesco, started crying softly.
What seems to be an eternity later, the closet door opened, and Gianna flinched to see their father in front of her, holding an ice box and two bottle of Gin. A small smile on his face, her dad set down everything on the floor and crouched down, saying the next few words that would change her relationship with her father, and her life.

"Ti va di fare qualche drink insieme, Gianna?"

Personality: Usually, she is seen to be a cheerful, loud and sometimes arrogant individual. She speaks fast and while is quite polite to customers, she can be quite impatient. Ironically, she does take her time to make her drinks, making sure she had done everything step by step and to ensure that the final product is at the highest quality. Like her brother, Gianna is quite talented in the art of mixing drinks, but she specialize in cocktails that uses Gin as base. She likes to drink said alcohol too, but prefer to mix it with soda for herself.

Regardless, she is known to exchange her personality with Francesco, either to confuse people or for other unknown reasons. People had noticed that sometimes her personality, while didn't change, seems to be less energetic, or feels like a mix of her usual self and Francesco's usual personality. Hence, her true nature is unknown at the time being.

Goal: Creating her own cocktail that would become well-known world-wide.

Trivia: - While claiming that she prefers soda, she never drink one without mixing it with alcohol.
- Always experimenting with new cocktail flavor during her free time.
- Always flex on Francesco over the fact that she's older.

Tired of not getting enough money from his father for their three meals and school necessities, he started learning juggling balls and doing tricks to perform and earn some money on the street.
While Francesco never really like their father, he always is curious about the drinks. He wanted to know how they taste like, and why do they make his father acting like a moron after a few drinks. So he proposed to Gianna do try a few of the drinks themselves, and she agreed to it. So one day, they waited till their father passed out, and sneak out two bottles from the fridge-which, for Francesco, turns out to be Vodka.
The strong taste and burning sensation gagged him, and he immediately stop and swallow the rest of the burning water before having a short coughing fit. But, try as he might, he couldn't bring himself to put it back into the fridge, he looked at the bottle in his hand, and look at Gianna, who pour Sprite and a drink different than his into a cup and drink non-stop, then back to the bottle again. Then he took a second swing.
Time goes by with a blur after that, Francesco, slowly getting used to the burning and dry taste, keeps drinking more and more, and feel the ground spin more and more as well. He started giggling for no reason, and tried to do some juggling because he figured why not. He tried to get Gianna's attention, but Gianna was too busy laughing and giggling at something herself to notice. Suddenly, they saw their father stir, disturbed by Gianna's loud giggling, and they drunkenly made a mad dash into their room.
The next morning, they were faced with a father with a deadpan face, with two nearly empty bottles, two empty cracked bottles used in Francesco drunk attempt to juggle, and a spilled can of soda on the table. They both look down guiltily, afraid what would the punishment be.
"Gianna, lascia la stanza."Commanded his father, and Gianna obediently, if hesitantly, obey the order. Once the door closed, his father picked up one of the empty bottle. Francesco, preparing for the worst, close his eyes tightly, waiting for the impact.
A few seconds past, and yet the bottle had not been smashed into his skull. Francesco slowly opened one eyes, and both eyes flew open is surprise as his father juggled three bottles in precise accuracy, grabbing them behind him, spinning them in wide circles, and doing everything in one fluid movement. He abruptly stopped his performance, balancing 2 bottles on his elbow and smile at his son.

"Dai, ti insegno qualche nuovo trucco."

Personality: Usually, he is seen to be a quiet and serious young man. Rarely ever shout, or even raise his voice, he possess a calm and focused demeanor. Unless engaged in a conversation he rarely speaks. While making orders, he likes to do tricks while mixing the drinks, either to impress and entertain the customers, or just out of boredom and to showoff to his sister. Like his sister, Francesco is quite talented in the art of mixing drink, but he specialized in drinks that uses Vodka as base. He prefers to drink said alcohol mixed with either coffee, or fruit juice.
