Never heard of that xD. Okay let me tell you how i pose the parts! The eyelids are a great example, i selected them and made a group. The group is a hit box with little + on it. The + will give you the option to rotate the group box. If you rotate the group both eyelids will rotate. Then you can make the position you like! That's it
