lol nice. It would have been better if u used an actual screenshot for a camera overlay so u can model them 99% accurately.

ethalon? at any rate, you probably should. If your trying to remake something accurately, you should try and make it as close to 100% as you can. It's all about the feeling. The perspective can of course stay out of it but that's up to you.

Hey, that was just isometric tiles! But in my case is full 3d, so it should be different

but isometric is just a perspective. What i meant was take a screenshot (from fallout, so... isometric), change your camera in 3d program to insometric (fallout style), then model it using that as a reference so you end up with the correct proportions, sizes, etc. Then after your finished, change the camera to normal mode, and it will look more like the real fallout Vault City because it will have been made using their art as exact reference.

I don't like isometric view in 3d s. Did you ever saw any isometric things in boot screen from Fallout ? They all are normal

i didnt say render in isometric. render in normal, but make the models in isometric. You have to remember that fallout is simply 3d stuff rendered out as 2d objects but considering the highest resolution graphics available are the game ones (which are like 100x70 pixels for example.. so pretty small sizes) are the sprites themselves, it would be better to use them as an overlay and make the models from that isometric view, that it is to try and make it from normal perspective using the screenshots as reference. see?

ok but it would still look better if it was more like the game... as the name suggests "Fallout 2 Vault City"
