I've been experimenting with watercolors lately, but I find it hard to have enough patience to get things precise. I like how, on this piece, you kind of have the center organized and clear, and then on the outside you blow the colour out. I think that technique give a really cool effect, like there's some kind of movement around the character, but the person itself is just still, wearing that mysterious smile.
The flowers are really well done, the way you layered them and shaded is perfect. I like how they look ruffled - it gives them some uniqueness as opposed to smooth, flat flowers that are easier but less rewarding to depict.
For improvement, I can't think of much, just maybe that you could fill in the black of the shadows? There are some streaks visible. If you were going for a more informal, less precise painting it would work, but going back to that contrast mentioned before, I really think it would be beneficial to clean-up the center as much as possible. Make it strong to give an impression, you know?
I really admire your skill and adore this piece. I hope this review was substantial enough. Keep on painting, you are spectacular!

You're welcome, it was my pleasure. It could just be my computer, but you know how when you don't have a uniform colour with watercolors, you can see the streaks/brushstrokes? On the black of the inside of the hood, it sort of looked like that, but then again it's probably either my computer or the lighting or something. And anyways, shadows are completely black, so disregard that :3
Anyways, it's a fantastic piece!

How do you get a flesh tone with watercolors? Everything I mix comes out looking muddy.
