It isn't Raven's skin tone or hair color.
It's closer to Robin's, in that respect.

It's her skin and hair colour in the comic. Raven's skin isn't gray, it's peach-ish tone like most people's and her hair is black/blue [[in the comic]]
You're basing the skin and hair off of the show. My drawing is from the comic, not the show. There is a difference.
