Great shot, but I think r information is incorrect.
"Aquila" is just the Latin name given to the "true" eagles. For instance, the Golden Eagle's Latin name is Aquila Chrysaetos.
Aquila is not actually a species in itself.
Also, to me this looks like a Harris Hawk, not an eagle, though I could be wrong.
