I love this picture <3.  I just feel like the hair needs to interact with the background more. You have it kind of melted onto the chocolate, but it doesn't have enough depth to it, I feel. Not as much as the rest of the piece anyway . I would try to make the hair look more like a warm taffy? That's just how I imagine Princess Bubblegum's hair looking personally . Other than that, proportions, shading, the background, everything looks amazing.

Sorry for all the edits if you saw those. I have some trouble making my words come out right .
