This is a great shot It looks like you got it right after it had been raining which is always a kodak moment lol.
Only that patch of tan dirt or whatever that is on the right side is bugging me a little. Its throwing off the colors a bit and distracting my eye.
But other than that, really cool shot!

Theres something about this iamge which just grabs my attention.
At first when i saw the thumbnail it looked fairly unimpressive, but at full view its awesome. the repetition of the trees and the lines of the road lead you right to the weird archway thing.

why did you not stand on the CENTER of the road and get a perfect symetrical pic?

One of the first lections to learn in photography is to get the object out ouf the middle what produces boring photos.

another thing is that getting something out of the middle is quite dependant to what else you can place in the pic ..
if you have a 50/50 pic of snow/sky and one tree .. nothing on the snow .. no clouds on the sky .. where would you place the tree then? In this case it would be a case of sticking to the SYMETRY and SIMPLICITY .. unless you have another tree

yes I could agree to that, BUT
there is NO OBJECT IN THE CENTER here ..
to CENTRALIZE is not equal to PUT SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE . .
i was about the SYMETRY here not about the OBJECT ..
but you might be right - the road is still reaching the CENTRE and starting from the lower left corner which is very GOOD ..
hard one.
Don't get me wrong - this pic is AMAZING .. it's just an IDEA
