I watched the show because i saw who the seiyuu was, and got super excited. She was fun but i thought she'd stand out more or be stronger.

Yeah, everybody in the Elite Four was a little disappointing strengthwise, being defeated in rapid succession and never really looking tough again afterwards.. Nonon does have style, though, and good music, as you say. ^^

to me it was the total opposite!!! when she told her that i swear i was sooooo excited!! just, how everything was pulled together!! super plot twist, awesome innocent killing background music, and her, looking super adorable and pink!!!! saying that i swear i opened my eyes more and smiled the whole time!!! fell in love at first sight 
i have a thing for characters that are innocent, evil and super strong. I was hoping that that would be the case with Nonon, having such an awesome seiyuu, i wanted her to go all super crazy!!! and she ended up being pretty weak.
