Lately I've been getting some really nice designs for outfits for Bell :3 This one was designed here:Β Β byI really love all of Bell's cute outfits people design for me! They looks so good on her *3* Meanwhile....
Kuro: I want new official outfits to wear too >3< Hey, make me new clothes too! *pouty face*

While I can't see the original picture clearly, I can see just enough to know you did a good job replicating the dress while adding your own touches to it. I love the detail you put into the dress, not just the lighting and shading in general, but how you did the shades of blue for the night sky(the dark and lighter blues) and making those into strip patterns on the dress(I have no idea if this was apart of the original design or if you added this yourself, either way props). While the detail isn't as evident as in other pics, this is still pretty good, aside from the dress I'd say the hair is my second favorite, then the face(that damn blush).
Overall, this is a great picture filled with Bell's bright, cute and cheery goodness. Well done
