Whew, this took awhile. So I have been working on this drawing on and off (amidst work and a few other requested drawings) for the last 2 weeks. I am rather excited at the final result.
This is Arisa. I based this drawing off of her actual character in the manga "Arisa" by Natsumi Ando. It's kind of a weird psychological/shoujo mix manga, but I really like it. 
Made with artist pens and colored pencils.
UPDATE (2/11/2017)::: Renewed the picture to a better quality scan.
