because they already have a Love/Hate relationship, sometimes people couple them for cute moments, funny moments, or because they think the couple compliment eachother, because of their clashing personalities.
it's all about personal preferance, like i prefer Piccohan over this, but i think it's pretty cute because of how natural they are despite being "rivals"
