This is surprisingly the first sandshrew I've made.
He always seemed so hard to make, but so easy at the same time 8]
I drew the lines on after he baked with a fine point sharpie, my black clay is a bit dried out, it was falling apart like crazy! :<

Woo! Sandshrew!!! It's amazing that you make these all by hand without using molds! But how did you get the two different colors without paint? And it's too bad they don't sell brown sharpies (to my knowledge), would've been better. The black lines stand out too much. Oh well, it's still great and extra points because it's Sandshrew!

I use colored clay, I'm horrid at painting anything so I have to use colored clay.
